I know it's kind of a pain, and I'm sorry for having to bring it up so much, but wishlisting is more important than you may think!
Wishlists effect the visibility of games on Steam. Generally speaking, a game needs at least 7000 wishlists before it comes anywhere close to the front page's "Popular Upcoming" tab in the week before release. Currently, Methods has 7,587 wishlists — which it only gained after release. But if it had that much prior to release, it may have gotten onto Steam's front page. Obviously, being on the front page of Steam boosts sales a lot, so devs typically try to aim for as many wishlists as possible.
So if you're interested in The Canada Files and would like to help it have a successful early access launch, wishlisting is the best way to do that!
